Luxury Outdoor Spaces

This beautiful medium-sized garden is the perfect luxury outdoor space for adults. We’ve given a typical suburban garden a complete renovation to give it a beautiful and serene second life.

With children grown up, it was time for our client to have a serious entertaining space where they can relax and hide away from the world, with plenty of room to host all the family when they visit by doubling the open-plan interior living space.

The sawn sandstone terrace is extended down to a contemporary, minimal and contemporary outdoor building at the far end of the garden, surrounded by a covered, relaxed seating area and informal perching seats. This destination provides a journey that takes you past a Corten water cube, screening Liquidambar and Pear trees, lit by antique brass inset wall lighting.

Luxury Outdoor Living

This exquisite private home situated on the Wentworth Estate has been tastefully improved to create the perfect luxuty outdoor living space, from beautiful terraces and wildflower banks to commissioned art pieces. The grounds have also been enhanced with splendid driveway planting schemes and vibrant and diverse herbaceous borders – transforming this residence into an oasis!

The garden now boasts a luxurious outdoor kitchen and bar plus an inviting fireplace surrounded by state-of-the art pergolas allowing year-round use of this luxury garden.

Rich Planting Scheme

A central lawn is offset by rich planting on either side, featuring a scheme of stunning magenta, blues and burgundy summer herbaceous colours. Taxus topiary spheres and special fern species, such as Blechnum chilense and Onoclea sensibilis, are used for the shadier parts of the garden.

There is also an existing mature Acer tree that we accentuated with an Iroko feature wall, bringing the vibrant foliage colour to life in this medium garden design and build project.

Rich Planting

A central lawn is offset by rich planting on either side, featuring a scheme of stunning magenta, blues and burgundy summer herbaceous colours. Taxus topiary spheres and special fern species, such as Blechnum chilense and Onoclea sensibilis, are used for the shadier parts of the garden.

Harvest Smooth Sandstone

The patio area built using Harvest Smooth Sandstone is truly an eye-catching sight. Its warm tones perfectly contrast the lush green foliage surrounding it, creating a stunning colour palette for all to enjoy. The stone has been expertly cut and laid in careful precision, with specialised grout chosen to bring out the unique natural colours of the pavings.

We use a specialised sealant to protect the beautiful harvest smooth sandstone paving tiles from the natural elements. This sealant forms an invisible layer over the stone’s surface, preventing water and other substances from seeping into it and causing staining or discolouration.

Harvest Smooth Sandstone

The patio area built using Harvest Smooth Sandstone is truly an eye-catching sight. Its warm tones perfectly contrast the lush green foliage surrounding it, creating a stunning colour palette for all to enjoy. The stone has been expertly cut and laid in careful precision, with specialised grout chosen to bring out the unique natural colours of the pavings.

We use a specialised sealant to protect the beautiful harvest smooth sandstone paving tiles from the natural elements. This sealant forms an invisible layer over the stone’s surface, preventing water and other substances from seeping into it and causing staining or discolouration.

Contemporary Water Feature

We supplied a contemporary water feature made from Corten Steel. The feature includes an integrated LED light, which brings the element to life at night. We have used a range of Scottish Cobbles around the base that set off the feature. As the water runs over the surface, the colours change dramatically and completely change the style and feel of the water block.

As a standalone unit, this Corten water feature starts at around £1,385.00 and includes the pump and LED light. The cost does exclude the Scottish cobbles and installation.
