We take a unique approach to designing your garden, ensuring that it is tailored to your style and your home. Our bespoke design fees start at approximately £2,500.00 for a medium garden and £1,900.00 for a small garden and include all the services you need to make your dream garden a reality.
- Initial personal consultation on site to discuss the garden and your aims.
- Secondary meeting to include a thorough investigation of your priorities and desired budgets and phasing to the best of your knowledge.
- A detailed survey of the garden, including plant and tree positions, existing lighting, building outline with window positions, and access points.
Everything you need for your design
Enhanced design
We offer a unique benefit with Tailored Garden Design. If we construct your garden within three months of the design completion, you won’t be charged extra design costs. Plus, you can get up to an 80% refund on design fees to apply towards the build.
- Two Unique Draft Design options in 2D to show the potential of the garden space, plus one revised draft of your preferred option or combination to meet the perfect final design.
- Final 2D design of the garden area, with all materials identified and key planting species identified, all fully annotated.
- Feature specifications.
- Material mood, idea board, potential surfaces, features, and styling, including structures and costs.
- Fully itemised estimate for the build of the garden.
